About the Role
As the Bid Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the New Business Director and Marketing Lead, playing a pivotal role in creating winning tenders and proposals. Collaborating with the leadership team and project stakeholders, you’ll ensure each submission reflects the company’s high standards and unique capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Submission Processes: Manage the end-to-end coordination of bids, tenders, and proposals across public and private sector projects.
* Collaborate on Content: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather the content and technical details needed to create compelling submissions.
* Ensure Brand Excellence: Prepare proposals and EOIs that are aligned with the company’s brand and values.
* Track & Analyse Success: Maintain a submission register to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
* Engage Stakeholders: Coordinate input from subconsultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure comprehensive submissions.
What We’re Looking For
Our client values diverse experiences and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
* Ideally 2+ years of experience coordinating bids or tenders within architecture, building, property, construction, or professional services.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* A qualification in business communications, marketing, or a construction-related field (or equivalent experience).
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
* Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* A detail-oriented approach and a positive, collaborative attitude.
