The Western Australia Police Force is seeking to fill a leadership role in Applications Systems within its ICT Operations arm. We are seeking an ICT professional who can lead within a complex organisation, following an 18 year milestone sourcing event. As an inclusive and strategic-thinking leader, you will actively contribute to supporting frontline police officers to keep our community safe. You will directly see the benefits of your innovative service delivery supporting stakeholders internally, partners within the public sector externally, as well as delivery services to the West Australian community.
Role
As an Executive Manager within the Application Management Division, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure all day-to-day system support and maintenance for production applications are managed and completed according to the Western Australia Police Force (WA Police Force) business requirements.
The Division is responsible for the 24x7 availability of corporate applications through the provision of day-to-day support and maintenance of applications, including fault fixing, data extracts, minor and major system enhancements. Supported technology streams include Oracle, Java, SAP, Microsoft, Coldfusion and contemporary cloud platforms.
