About the Role
This role provides reception and administration support to the Health Independence Programs. The role will be varied and include reception duties, patient administration system data entry, scheduling appointments and ordering supplies.
Key Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and assisting with client queries
* Processing referrals and managing appointments
* Registering new clients and sending timely appointment letters and reminders
* Maintaining Patient Administration System (PAS) registration database
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience working in a reception setting
* Experience in a broad range of administrative duties
* Highly developed skills of organisation and planning
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
