The Opportunity
Legal Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Communications Analyst to lead the development and ongoing optimisation of our key digital platforms.
This is a pivotal role for a digital-analyst professional who thrives on improving user experience, driving engagement, providing data-driven insights and delivering measurable impact across digital channels.

Total Indicative Remuneration Package
$97,174 - $107,952 per annum (pro rata) including salary, superannuation and leave loading.
As a not-for-profit organisation, Legal Services is able to offer its employees attractive salary sacrifice arrangements, including up to $15,900 pre-tax Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year for general living expenses.
Term of Employment
Ongoing Contract available at the ASO5 classification level.
What You Need for Success
The ideal candidate will:
* Demonstrate experience in managing and maintaining internet and intranet platforms (i.e. Content Builder, SharePoint etc.), including CMS administration and web publishing.
* Demonstrated experience in monitoring, analysing, and reporting on digital and social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
* Have experience in interpreting data trends and analysis to produce actionable recommendations for content and execution strategies at a strategic and operational level
* Have experience applying UX principles and service management frameworks to improve digital product usability and customer experience.
* Share a proven ability to provide strategic and technical advice in a digital communications context, including identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Have an ability to translate data insights and communicate these effectively to key stakeholders.
