Overview
We’re looking for a Test Analyst who’s ready to play a key role in ensuring our technology delivers seamless, secure, and reliable experiences for our customers.
The Prospect
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering functional, integration and regression testing across MyState’s business applications and network architecture. You’ll work closely with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes that support our transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business and functional requirements to develop detailed test plans, scripts, and cases.
- Prepare test data and execute manual and automated test cases, reporting on progress and findings.
- Log and manage defects using relevant issue tracking systems.
- Support Business and User Acceptance Testing for new and updated applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and project stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business objectives.
- Contribute to high service standards and continuous improvement within the testing team.
What You’ll Bring
- ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Certification (minimum).
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Test Analyst, ideally within financial services.
- Experience with Unix and SQL environments is preferred.
- Solid understanding of test tools and automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for chasing the better.
