Key Responsibilities
* Complete an extensive sales training program to develop the skills needed to become a successful Account Manager.
* Meet with clients and candidates face-to-face to determine their needs and provide solutions.
* Shadow sales team activities and role-play with leadership to learn effective sales strategies.
* Partner with Account Managers to expand your client base through networking and cold calling in an assigned territory.
* Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the sales team through client meetings in and out of the office.
* Evaluate candidates' strengths against clients' requirements to qualify candidates for job orders as an Account Manager.
* Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with candidates and clients.
* Maintain regular communication with placed consultants and job seekers to grow your network and industry knowledge.
* Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth.
