About the Role
We are looking for a
Digital Content & Social Media Specialist
to define, execute, and elevate Helfie's digital communication strategy. This is a
hands-on, creative role
where you'll craft and distribute content that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and fosters community across our digital platforms; including social media, email (EDM), website, and emerging channels.
You'll play a central role in bringing the Helfie story to life, creating content that resonates with diverse audiences (consumers, enterprises, partners) and translates our brand objectives into unique, powerful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
* Develop and execute compelling and super innovative content strategies for social media, website, and email campaigns.
* Create engaging multimedia assets (posts, videos, graphics, blogs, newsletters) aligned with Helfie's brand voice and messaging framework.
* Support campaign launches, product updates, and thought leadership initiatives with high-impact digital content.
Social Media & Community Building
* Manage Helfie's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
* Grow follower base, engagement, and share of voice through daily conversation management and proactive engagement.
* Track community sentiment and respond to feedback in real-time to build trust and loyalty.
Digital Campaign Execution
* Execute EDM campaigns that drive awareness, nurture leads, and engage existing users.
* Optimise content for SEO and digital performance, ensuring strong visibility and reach.
* Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Sales teams to align content with ABM and demand generation programs.
Analytics & Optimisation
* Monitor, analyse, and report on digital KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
* Continuously test and refine content strategies to maximize impact across platforms.
What Success Looks Like
* Consistent delivery of high-quality, engaging, highly shareable content that reflects Helfie's brand voice and connects with diverse target audiences.
* Growth in social media followers, engagement rates, and community interaction across LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
* Strong performance of digital campaigns (social, EDM, website) measured through KPIs such as reach, CTR, conversions, and pipeline influence.
* Seamless collaboration with the Growth Marketing and Sales teams to ensure content supports demand generation and ABM initiatives.
* A data-driven approach to content strategy, with continuous optimization based on analytics and insights.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years in digital content, social media, or community management roles (experience in health tech or B2B/B2C SaaS a plus).
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
* Demonstrated success in growing and engaging audiences through social and digital channels.
* Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills, with an eye for design and multimedia.
* Hands-on experience with social scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and email marketing systems. (AI tools mastery and Hubspot experience a plus)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
