**About the role**
The **Maintenance Supervisor**is a** Full-time**position, based at **Wantirna South, Victoria**. Reporting to the** Manufacturing Manager** you'll be supervising the maintenance department including planning. developing and improving all aspects of the site maintenance requirements.
In this role you will**:
- Maintain safe systems of work in the workplace.
- Supervision of the maintenance team; Mechanical Fitters and Electricians.
- Oversee the daily maintenance plan, ensuring completion of work orders to allowed budget and resources. Allocation of resources for planned work and breakdowns.
- Inspections of plant to identify areas of improvement and safe practices.
- Work closely with operations team to deliver production goals.
- Maintaining spare parts inventory, reviewing and following up on parts to ensure planned repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to improve current processes, safety and operational standards.
- Assist with any mechanical breakdown and service required within the plant.
Your hours will be Monday to Friday. To be successful, you will need to have Mechanical qualification or similar.
