Job Title: Team Lead

A leading retail organization in Sydney is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join their payroll team.


About the Role:

* This position involves managing a medium-sized payroll team, ensuring accuracy in payroll processes and assisting in various projects.
* Candidates should be experienced leaders with strong knowledge of payroll processing and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise a team of payroll professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
* Develop and implement effective payroll processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
* Assist in various projects related to payroll and provide support to other teams as needed.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or finance.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in payroll management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong knowledge of payroll processing software and systems.
