B2B Product Sales & Marketing Executive / BDM
This is a growth role for a practical B2B product sales professional with a genuine interest in quality industrial products, engineering, and ideally some knowledge of electrical fundamentals. You do not need to be a design engineer but you do need to be tuned into the delivery process so that you know how to best showcase products.
You do need to be curious, commercially sharp, and comfortable learning technical products so you can speak credibly with:
Prior exposure to industrial products, electrical products, automation, HVAC/R, OEM supply, distribution, engineered components, or related technical B2B markets would be helpful, but it does not need to be a perfect match.

This is likely to suit a product sales / BDM profile more than someone from a purely software, SaaS, or digital-only sales background, unless they can show a genuine interest in physical industrial products and technical customer environments.
The role
You will work across a blend of account management and new business development.
There are established accounts and distributor relationships to manage, support, and develop. There are also new product portfolios to showcase to past, present, and future customers.
The early focus will be NSW, with the territory developing across Australia and New Zealand over time.
The work will include customer discovery, distributor and channel development, trade event follow-up, account growth, new customer development, product positioning, opportunity qualification, proposals, and converting technical conversations into commercial outcomes.

It could also suit a developing BDM or account manager with the right technical curiosity and appetite to build across NSW, Australia, and New Zealand.
Indicative starting package:
First-year OTE: circa $150,000 - $160,000, subject to final structure and performance
Target base salary is circa $80,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation PLUS car or car allowance PLUS bonus
