Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute competitive benefits programs, including executive and equity plans, to balance financial discipline, market competitiveness, and employee needs.
* Lead end-to-end procurement and contract negotiations to drive cost savings and service improvements through vendor sourcing, RFP development, and contract finalization while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
* Strategically manage benefits programs to partner with HR and Finance, lead benefits renewals, negotiate with providers, and identify innovative enhancements that support employee well-being.
* Oversee equity modeling and compliance to develop dynamic equity models for forecasting dilution, supporting executive compensation, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
* Drive cross-functional cost mitigation by identifying and leading initiatives to optimize SG&A spend, consolidate vendors, and implement scalable procurement processes across departments.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in benefits or procurement in a finance-forward environment.
* Financial modeling expertise with advanced Excel; SQL and BI tool experience a strong plus.
* Experience preparing executive-facing decision materials and managing sensitive information.
* Demonstrated success in leading cost-saving procurement projects and contract negotiations.
* Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to influence across Finance, HR, Legal, and Tech.
* Highly analytical with a pragmatic mindset, capable of simplifying complex concepts into scalable frameworks.
Benefits Package:
* A total compensation package reflecting the cost of labor across multiple US geographic markets.
* Base pay ranging from $125,000/year to $165,000/year, dependent on factors such as geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
* Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
