You will work closely with partner, Katie Beshara (nee Clark) and a team of lawyers on institutional abuse claims.
Our large national insurance team supports clients across the country with this type of work and there are regularly opportunities for cross-border collaboration and to learn from highly experienced senior lawyers across the country.
What you need We welcome applications from senior lawyers who: have 5+ years' experience in defendant public liability insurance claims; have experience in managing historical abuse matters; have a proven track record in working to client service standards; are personally well organised, with demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of claims; proactively mentor junior practitioners and personal professional development; have experience in efficiently and professionally managing disclosure tasks; take pride in their work and who they work for; work in a highly collaborative manner; are resilient and committed to excellence that matches our own; and have an interest in using technology to maximise efficiencies in high volume work.
