Women's and Children's Health Network, Child and adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Services (PIMHS), Kaurna Land, North Adelaide 5006 Salary Classification- RN/M3 - Registered Nurse/Midwife LV 3- $ 125,183.00 to $ 130,779.00 Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Part time (1 day per week) - Term Contract (Temporary until 12 May 2027) About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CAMHS team as a Nurse Consultant - Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Services, where you will be responsible for: Providing expert clinical care and leadership in perinatal and infant mental health services. Assessing, planning, and coordinating client-centred care with independent clinical decision-making. Leading multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure culturally sensitive, equitable mental health services. Promoting access and equity of services for people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Driving quality improvement through education, practice guideline development, and service evaluation. Fostering a positive, safe work environment promoting learning, innovation, and team wellbeing. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Registered Nurse (or eligible) with current practicing certificate and mental health qualification or enrolment. Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in mental health nursing, preferably perinatal focus. Proven expertise in risk assessment and management of women with perinatal mental health issues. Strong leadership skills with experience in staff development, change management, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Demonstrated ability to provide education and clinical supervision to nurses, midwives, and students. Effective communicator with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills in complex care settings.
