Service Track Transport is seeking a reliable and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our vehicle fleet. This is a full time opportunity for someone with a proactive approach, robust organisational skills, and a commitment to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company’s fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance
Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance records, and fuel usage to ensure cost-effective operations
Ensure all vehicles comply with road safety and regulatory standards
Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and other team members to ensure smooth transport operations
Implement and maintain fleet policies and procedures
Support driver onboarding and training
Conduct audits and manage risk around fleet use
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fleet or logistics management role
Solid understanding of transport regulations and vehicle compliance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proficient in fleet management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Full Australian driver’s licence
