Function Sales Coordinator – Tucci
Part Time | 15–20 Hours Per Week
Wednesday to Friday
Located in the heart of Applecross, Tucci is a vibrant restaurant and events venue within the Frasers Restaurant Group, delivering premium dining experiences, corporate events, private functions, and celebrations in one of Perth's most sought-after waterfront locations.
This autonomous role is suited to someone who thrives on creating new business, building client relationships, and converting leads into confirmed events. Working within a small and dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in driving corporate and private function sales across the venue.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively generate and follow up new business opportunities
* Respond to and convert function and event enquiries
* Build relationships with corporate clients, EA's, and event organisers
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and event documentation
* Liaise with clients from enquiry through to event delivery
* Work closely with Chefs, Operations, and Function Managers to ensure smooth execution
* Upsell and cross‐promote venues within the Frasers Restaurant Group
About You
* Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, events, or sales coordination
* Strong sales mindset with proven ability to convert leads
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Highly organised with strong administrative ability
* Able to multitask and work with urgency in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience with Ivvy or event CRM systems preferred but not essential
