As a Department Manager, you will oversee your designated department and work closely with the Store Manager to drive business outcomes and create exceptional customer experiences.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Owning your department and implementing Brand direction across visual merchandising, trade actions, inventory processes, and presentation
* Coaching your team to work collaboratively in your department and with the Store Management team
* Sharing feedback with your Manager and team to improve department performance
* Bringing a commercial mindset to your department and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
* Embedding customer excellence and driving department results through clear planning and direction
* Advocating for the Cotton On Group Foundation and leading your team in making a positive impact on our global projects
