Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across the region from inception through to delivery.
* Working closely with the Property Works & Services team to deliver building and construction focused projects.
* Preparing contracts, managing the tendering process and contract management functions.
* Delivering capital projects while ensuring high performance standards and KPIs are met.
* Liaising with external consultants and managing internal and external relationships across a large portfolio of projects.
* Providing status reports to stakeholders, updating financial constraints and timeframes while planning and scoping works for delivery.
* Ensuring compliance with policies and providing quality outcomes.
Requirements:
* A highly skilled Project Manager with experience running built environment projects.
* Strong working knowledge of specifications and contract management skills.
* Ability to apply this knowledge to working across multiple projects concurrently while meeting defined targets.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role combined with relevant qualifications.
