Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Events Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering retail, commercial, and supplier events that showcase our brands, inspire our customers, and strengthen our partnerships.
You will work closely with our Marketing Manager, store operations, commercial, and design teams to bring our event calendar to life – ensuring every event runs seamlessly and delivers on its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and coordination of events from invitations and RSVPs to catering and set-up.
* Manage pre- and post-purchase cooking demonstrations, ensuring suppliers, chefs, and guests are well looked after.
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver events that are on-brand, engaging, and memorable.
* Maintain and manage event calendars, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deadlines are met.
* Use tools like Eventbrite, Google Drive, and Trello to keep projects organized and on track.
Requirements:
* Experience with RSVP processes, client database management, and event coordination.
* A background in marketing, customer service, or hospitality (preferred, but not essential).
* Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Basic understanding of graphic design principles and the ability to work with designers on event collateral.
