CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join a reputable heavy vehicle and equipment operation, based in the Logan Region, QLD. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in coordinating servicing, maintenance, and compliance across a busy fleet. You'll liaise with internal departments, mechanics, and suppliers to ensure fleet availability, safety, and efficiency are maintained. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and an understanding of heavy vehicle maintenance requirements. Key Responsibilities Schedule servicing, inspections, and repairs for vehicles and equipment. Maintain up-to-date records of registrations, COIs, defect reports, and service logs. Coordinate vehicle movements and workshop availability. Assist with ordering and follow-up of parts and consumables. Ensure compliance with fleet safety and maintenance requirements. Use internal systems to manage fleet data and documentation. Our Ideal Candidate Experience in a Fleet Coordinator, Maintenance Scheduler, or Service Advisor role. Strong understanding of heavy vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements. Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and fleet management systems. Current driver’s licence (HR licence desirable).
