Offer description

Salary packaging up to $15,900 and $2,650 meals and entertainment

Salary on offer is up to $113,514.39 + super + salary packaging, depending on experience

Some of your responsibilities include:

* Assessment, measurement, fabrication and provision of orthotic solutions suited to the specific needs of adults and children with disability.
* Provision of comprehensive orthotic services in line with various funding body requirements e.g. NDIS, Enable NSW.
* Fabrication of orthoses using traditional and/or digital methodologies.
* Provision of centre-based and community-based services (where appropriate).
* Provision of multidisciplinary solutions alongside Northcott's Allied Health team (pedorthists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists).
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the customer and their support network.
* Participation in emerging opportunities including research, pilot projects and service innovations.


Minimum Qualifications:

* Tertiary qualifications in Orthotics and Prosthetics.
* Current registration with The Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association (AOPA).
* Experience working as a clinician within the disability sector.
* Knowledge of strengths-based practice, as well as family and person-centred approaches.
* Experience in leading critical reflection, applying theoretical frameworks and referring to research and literature to inform clinical practice.
