We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced nurses passionate about patient care to join our Emergency team at Northern Beaches Hospital. About the Emergency Department: Provides 24/7 care with 50 beds and treatment spaces, divided into zones such as Paediatrics, Short Stay, Adult Acute Assessment, Resuscitation, and Mental Health Assessment.
Role Responsibilities: Deliver research-based nursing care, coordinate care as a Registered Nurse, supervise and guide Enrolled Nurses and Assistants, and support patients' health management and professional development.
About Northern Beaches Hospital: A Level 5 service with 486 beds, including a 50-bed Emergency Department, ICUs, theatres, and educational facilities. We are committed to providing high-quality care and fostering a supportive, diverse culture.
Essential Criteria:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Emergency Nursing (adult and paediatric preferred)
* Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing (or working towards)
* Compliance with ACQSHC standards
* Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in teams

Salary ranges from $35.46 to $49.79 per hour, based on experience and current agreements. Applicants must provide a recent Police check, NSW Working with Children's Check, and proof of immunity to infectious diseases before starting.
