**About the Company**

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to be based in our client's Head Office for an estimated 4 week with potential to extend. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will deliver professional front-line customer service and administrative support to all employees, visitors, customers and suppliers. You will act as the face of the organisation.

**About the role**
- Minimum 1 year Receptionist and/or Customer Call centre experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, energetic, professional and presentable at all times
- Demonstrated ability with IP telephony systems
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite
- High attention to detail
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check

**About you**

You are a motivated individual, and proactive and have demonstrated the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. You are available for full time work hours from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to undergo a National Police check
- Fully Covid vaccinated
- 2 valid references
