Position: Male Support Worker
Location: South East Melbourne

Nurindah Disability Services is seeking a mature and experienced male support worker to join our team in supporting a client located in South East Melbourne. An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
Available Shifts:
* Morning shifts (before school)
* Afternoon shifts (after school)
* Evening shifts
* Night shifts
* Overnight stays
Selection Criteria: Applicants must demonstrate the following:
* A mature and well‐grounded personality between age 35 - 45 years old, preferably with experience raising or caring for children
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* A firm yet nurturing approach to support
* Confidence to take on an authoritative role when required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High level of reliability and professionalism
* Proven experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours or behaviours of concern (BOC)
