About the Role
As Clinical Director, you will provide strategic leadership, clinical governance, and workforce support across our nationally distributed team, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and person‑centred services aligned with AHPRA standards and NDIS Practice Standards. You’ll play a key role in strengthening service delivery while supporting XRHealth’s expansion into new program areas and markets.

What We’re Looking For
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications and unrestricted AHPRA registration
* A proven track record in clinical leadership and management
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior clinicians within an allied‑health telehealth environment, and an NDIS‑registered organisation
* Strong capability across clinical governance, risk management, quality assurance and safety, and workforce development
* Excellent communication, leadership, and change‑management capability
* Confidence working in a dynamic, technology‑enabled, growth environment
* Contribution to service design, strategic planning, and business development within a growth‑oriented context
* Effective collaborator across clinical, executive, operational, and technology teams
