The Supreme Court is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Deputy Registrar.
This position involves providing expert advice and guidance to Court staff and legal practitioners on legislation and rules, particularly in the civil and probate jurisdictions.
1. Review and determine complex applications received in the probate jurisdiction.
2. Conduct mediations and assist in managing mediation processes.
3. Perform other legal functions as required, including exercising statutory powers under sections 5K and 5L of the Supreme Court Act 1959.
