Overview
The Change Analyst will support the delivery of change outcomes for the Change Program, reporting to the Change Lead. This is a 6‐month contract role with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of change outcomes for the Change Program by reviewing impacts and translating deliverables into practical business activities.
* Partner with Senior Change and Program Managers to ensure stakeholders are prepared to adopt new processes, controls and ways of working.
* Provide insights on change impacts, dependencies, readiness and adoption risks to support effective judgement making.
* Collaborate across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk/Compliance and external partners to drive alignment and implementation.
* Coordinate and track key change activities including impact assessments, communications, training, readiness actions and post go‐live support.
* Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise processes.
Qualifications
* Strong detail‐oriented and problem‐solving skills, including the ability to conduct change impact and trend assessment.
* Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
* Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship‐building across internal and external partners.
* Ability to use data and insights to inform outcomes and change interventions.
* Customer‐centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and outcomes.
* Experience leveraging customer, adviser and employee feedback to drive improvements.
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning initiatives.
Location: Gadigal Land (Sydney).
