About the Opportunity

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a dynamic WHS Business Partner to join our team and become a key member of the national WHS function.

Based in Perth, this is a unique and diverse role working across multiple operations within the Questas Group of companies.

You will partner closely with leaders to drive strong safety outcomes and embed best-practice WHS systems across the business.

Occasional interstate travel will be required to support the broader business.

Salary Range: $130,000 – $145,000 + Super.

Key Responsibilities

* Champion the Questas Home Safely Every day philosophy.
* Partner with business leaders to strengthen understanding of WHS accountabilities.
* Monitor and report on WHS performance, identifying risk reduction opportunities.
* Provide expert guidance on safety performance, legislation, and system requirements.
* Lead significant incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
* Work with the nominated Return to Work Partner to support claims management and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
* Ensure critical risks are identified, assessed and managed using appropriate tools.

About You

You will bring strong WHS expertise and the confidence to influence across diverse operational environments. Ideally, you will have:

* Experience within a workshop environment.
* Degree or Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety (or equivalent).
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
* ICAM or similar incident investigation training (desirable).
* Experience operating in a national or multi-site environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Sound understanding of Australian WHS systems, legislation and Workers Compensation principles.
* A pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
