About The Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can drive quality and excellence in our team. As a Quality Officer, you will support us in maintaining a culture of compliance and continuous improvement by overseeing the collection of data and reporting of information regarding service activity, performance, client outcomes, internal processes, and external accreditation processes across our organisation.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of services to support the delivery of high-quality, safe care. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be self-directed, and motivated to support a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a full-time opportunity based at Wagga Wagga, but we may consider candidates based in other locations close to our hubs.
Key Responsibilities
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline or relevant experience in a quality and/or compliance role.
* Demonstrated experience in compliance and reporting functions.
* Well-developed skills and knowledge of MS Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks, and competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
