We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Secretariat team at Mercer Super. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

* Support the Company Secretary in administering secretariat functions, including coordinating Board and Committee meetings, managing logistics, preparing draft minutes, and maintaining Board and company records.
* Draft, edit, and manage internal documents, policies, and templates, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Assist with maintaining governance procedures, supporting effective meetings, and contributing to a positive team culture.
* Maintain registers, compliance records, and facilitate document execution in line with policies.
* Provide high-quality support to directors, including travel arrangements, reimbursements, and secretariat invoicing.

What you need to have:

* Strong organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
* A proactive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proven experience providing high-level administrative or governance support, ideally in a professional setting is preferred.
* Experience with Diligent Boardbooks or similar electronic board portals is preferred.
