About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards, driving improvements, and acting as a back-up Supervisor when needed. The role is a permanent night shift position working 10pm - 6am.
What you'll be responsible for
* Support site quality and food safety performance, working closely with operations and cross‐functional teams.
* Drive audit readiness, continuous improvement, and GMP best practices.
* Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits and HACCP reviews.
* Lead investigations into consumer complaints, non‐conforming materials, and production issues.
* Provide training and guidance to the production team on quality and food safety systems.
* Contribute to root cause investigations and data‐driven problem solving.
What you'll bring to the role
* A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Science or related field.
* 2+ years' experience in food safety or quality assurance.
* Practical knowledge of HACCP principles and internal auditing.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
* The ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast‐paced environment.
