About the Role
As an accounting specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial operations, compliance, and reporting.
Responsibilities
 * Daily reconciliation of company bank accounts, credit cards, and travel cards using Xero.
 * Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
 * Support payroll and employee expense claim processing.
 * Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on finance matters.
 * Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations and internal reports.
 * Provide ad-hoc financial support to the CFO and Finance Manager.
Qualifications
 * A degree in finance/accounting or currently completing professional qualifications.
 * Experience in accounting functions, AP, AR, reconciliations, and reporting.
 * Strong technical skills in Xero, MYOB, Sage, or ERP systems.
 * Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams.
 * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to prioritise under pressure.
