Job Description
* Identify and analyze existing business processes to drive improvements.
* Develop strategies and plans to enhance process efficiency.
* Collaborate with departments to integrate new processes and procedures.
* Develop and maintain accurate process documentation.
* Facilitate training sessions on new processes and procedures.
* Provide recommendations for process enhancements.
* Monitor and measure process performance, offering constructive feedback.
* Work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure processes align with organizational objectives.
Requirements
* A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Proficiency in process mapping and optimization tools.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of the public sector and its functions.
* The ability to work independently and within a team.
