Sales Personal Assistant to Principal – Schultz Realty
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of a small highly successful team.
This is a role for someone dedicated, proactive, reliable, and responsible, with a good work ethic and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment.
What you’ll do
Manage the Principal’s diary, schedule & active listings
Prepare CMA’s, appraisals, contracts, listing descriptions, adverts & “coming soon” campaigns
Coordinate property marketing campaigns & pre-listing kits
Handle daily client communication (phone, email, in person)
Support open homes, buyer inspections, valuations, photoshoots & building/pest checks
Maintain and manage the CRM/database (Eagle CRM)
Liaise with solicitors, buyers & vendors to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in real estate admin or EA/PA role
Must hold a QLD Sales Registration Certificate
Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
Strong organisational & time management skills
High attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
Confident phone manner & excellent communication skills
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills (experience with Eagle CRM, Realtair, RP Data, Realworks, Docusign, Rita, REA & Domain highly advantageous)
Excellent English & writing skills
Great personal presentation & a qualified, friendly attitude
Must be available to work every Saturday if required (with weekday time off in lieu)

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday–Friday (with weekday time off if working Saturday)
