Our Financial Visionary will drive our growth by leading the finance function, overseeing onshore and offshore teams. This role has end-to-end responsibility for key areas such as invoicing, month-end close, financial accounting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and costing.
In the first six months, this leader will review current structures, reporting, and systems, enhancing and streamlining them through best-practice initiatives. They will also play a key role in integrating recently acquired businesses into a unified group platform, establishing consistent systems and processes for scalable growth.
This position requires a hard-working, agile, and fast-paced professional with experience as a Group Financial Controller or prior CFO. Strong time management and prioritization skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have broad industry experience, including fast-growing/start-up companies, and integration experience. Leading large teams onshore/offshore is also desirable.
A Chartered Accountant, this leader must be comfortable working 100% remotely and possess a strong commercial and operational focus. Regular collaboration alongside the COO and board to drive national expansion across Australia is crucial.
