IT Support Technician Position Overview
This role is focused on providing technical support across a wide range of systems, including network and desktop support, hardware upgrades and maintenance, routine maintenance and general IT duties. You'll be working directly with clients and collaborating with our support team, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
This position involves working on-site client visits when required as well as contributing to the growth of our team by delivering high-quality services.
