About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Return to Work Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans and return to work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Assessments & Counselling: Conduct thorough assessments to guide individuals towards their new career goals and circumstances.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
* Identify RTW Barriers: Recognize potential barriers to return to work and design effective programs to assist injured employees in their recovery journey.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
* Tertiary Qualification: Hold a tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology, with a strong focus on case management and client-centred approaches.
* Registration: Be registered with AHPRA or ASORC, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Communication Skills: Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for empowering others and advocating for recovery and return to work.
