Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred, clinical care to aged care residents
Complete and manage assessments, care plans, and reviews
Administer medications and monitor responses
Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and allied health professionals
Support and lead care staff, encouraging best practices and skill development
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Respond to clinical incidents and manage risk effectively
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
About You:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Willingness to relocate to rural Victoria - relocation support available
