As a Security Infrastructure Project Manager at Synchronise Resourcing, you will be responsible for leading the project team to deliver security upgrade projects while ensuring full compliance with security measures and regulations. The role involves providing leadership, direction, and motivation to the project team, ensuring required deliverables are produced to the required quality standard, and managing approved time and cost consistent with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
* Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure integration of project activities.
* Manage design and documentation through the project phases: Initiation, Design and Document, Delivery, HOTO, DLP.
* Manage project variations and changes and maintain the change control process.
* Coordinate regular progress reports and communication with key stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
1. Ability to liaise with key stakeholders and develop project briefs to deliver security upgrade projects;
2. Good understanding and experience in delivering construction and physical security infrastructure projects.
3. Manage the procurement of consultants and contractors to deliver security projects;
4. Review design documentation for consistency, usability, and implementation of security components;
5. Identify issues prior to commencing components of the build and re-prioritise if required;
