Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled reception professional to support our operations.
* Direct all inquiries, walk-ins, phone calls and emails
* Provide exceptional customer service experience
* Ensure the presentation of our reception area and meeting rooms are always immaculate
* Carry out general administrative tasks to assist the team
* Provide support with clerical and administration duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in a similar role or demonstrable experience in customer service;
* A friendly and client-focused attitude;
* A current and valid driver's licence as there may be times when office errands need to be made
* Strong data entry and computer literacy skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems;
* Attention to detail;
* Ability to prioritise and multitask competing priorities;
* Ability to work independently;
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills;
