What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you will need to possess a strong track record of experience in consultancy firms, preferably with at least 10 years of working experience. Proven expertise in Agile transformation, change management, and digital HR processes is essential.
You should also have experience in leading change and business transformation within the emergency services sector, working with core systems that manage emergency services. Additionally, you should be able to build and develop medium-sized consulting teams, generate business, and practice building, while maintaining ongoing client relationships.
Apart from your technical skills, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication up to CxO/SRO level. You should be able to empathise with clients in challenging environments and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
