The opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Senior Art Director to join our creative team. You will be responsible for the visual identity, art direction, and design across key client campaigns and internal projects. You will be responsible for conceptualising and bringing creative ideas to life, ensuring the work exceeds expectations and sets industry standards.
This role will involve ensuring exceptional creative outcomes and overseeing the design and style of all Sunday Gravy products. Your work will range from initial concept development to production oversight, while balancing creative vision. You will be the driving force behind visual concepts, aligning them with client needs and market trends to deliver innovative, impactful designs that resonate with audiences.
Your skills and experience
- 8+ years of proven creative experience and working experience as a designer
- Expertise in conceptual and visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design aesthetics and craft
- In-depth knowledge of photography, typography, digital/social, print design, and advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator CC
- Robust understanding of the post-production process and experience collaborating with video editors/animators
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines across multiple projects and clients
- Experience working in agile environments, adapting to change and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Proficient in developing and evolving brand codes, ensuring consistency across all assets, while maintaining the agency vision

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
