Fenner Conveyors is the world's largest conveyor manufacturer, forming part of the Michelin Group. Working with high profile mining clients Fenner Conveyors is the only Australian company that provides complete lifecycle services in belt manufacturing, installation, engineering and diagnosis.
Early this year Fenner invested $24 million in plant equipment to increase production by 30% and service the the growing demand for our 100% Australian made conveyor belts. We are seeking a permanent, full time administrator to provide our exceptional customer service and assist the production team during this period of exponential growth.
**The role**:
- Process and complete shipping and transport documents
- Raise and receipt purchase orders for deliveries
- Monitor and review customer sales orders
- Maintain and update production and inventory records - place orders for production materials
- Liaise with internal and external clients to resolve any issues
- General administration tasks
- Assist with stock takes in the manufacturing plant
**About you**:
- Administration experience in a manufacturing or shipping
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Demonstrated abilities to liaise and manage external and internal relationships to ensure quality service is provided
- Knowledge of raising and receipting purchase orders
