The role has a strong focus on the development of a culture of learning and teaching to maximise students’ learning outcomes and encourage personal excellence. The Deputy Principal, Learning and Teaching works with the Head of Learning and Teaching, Glenroy and is assisted by an Administration Assistant.About YouTo be successful you will be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students ‘learn best’. You will also have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks and have a demonstrated capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a desire for continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation, holding team members to account where necessary.
