The Role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, we are looking for a customer experience focused individual with strong product knowledge. You will have proven skills regarding stock management control, playing a critical role in maintaining store presentation and activating promotions.
Key Bottle Shop Responsibilities
* Contribute to the selection of stock and organisation of ordering, cost controlling and waste management of products;
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder, client and supplier relationships;
* Work with wider team to drive a sales performance and culture;
* Maximise presentation and merchandising of products, implementing innovate initiatives to drive sales.
* Effective stock management control and promotion of loyalty programs;
* Lead by example and ensure all Hotel procedures are adhered to; and
* Manage time through effective planning to maintain a high level of productivity.
About you
* A customer and team focused approach;
* Communicating clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations, developing an inclusive, positive team culture;
* Flexibility to work rotational rosters, public holidays and weekends;
* Experience as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a previous drive-through Bottle Shop role advantageous;
* Local and international product knowledge;
* Working knowledge or various computer software programs (MS Office, POS) with an understanding of H&L advantageous; and
* Holds a valid RSA and RP badge.
