Hotel Reception Team Lead
Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, approachable manner that reflects our brand values.
Lead daily front desk operations, ensuring all team members understand and follow departmental policies and procedures.
* Warmly welcome guests and provide ongoing support and leadership to the Front Office team.
* Respond promptly to guest concerns, taking ownership and following up with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and motivate the Front Desk team to consistently meet service standards and create memorable guest experiences.
2. Communicate daily priorities to your team, helping personalize the service experience for every guest.
3. Ensure seamless hotel operations by addressing guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
* Full legal working rights in Australia (including a current full-time work visa)
* A valid South Australia RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
* A current and valid RP Badge (Responsible Person)
* Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certification
