Human Relations Associates play a vital role in supporting HR operations and initiatives.
About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the HR Team, encompassing ER, training & development, recruitment, and administrative tasks.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Provide HR support to the HR Team (e.g., ER, training & development, recruitment, and administrative tasks).
* Support HR operational activities and people initiatives across the site.
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including phone screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Manage relationships with external recruitment and labor hire agencies.
* Complete Global HR reports as required by various public/private bodies.
About You
To excel in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field.
* Strong computer literacy, with experience in HRIS (Desirable).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
