The Opportunity
Reporting to the Projects Lead this role is designed for someone ready to take the next step toward a Project Engineer or Manager pathway. You'll work alongside experienced leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to project coordination, budgets, schedules, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
Key responsibilities
* Assist with project budgets, schedules, and coordination
* Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting requirements
* Monitor risks, scheduling and project progress
* Collaborate with Engineering, Fabrication, and Fitout teams
* Ensure accuracy of documentation and technical reviews
* Contribute to innovation, safety, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
* 2+ years in project administration (electrical background preferred)
* Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or licensed Electrician (advantageous)
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Experience interpreting schematic and construction drawings
