Administrative Assistant
The role of Administrative Assistant is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team. As an integral part of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves handling front desk reception duties, managing phone and face-to-face enquiries, overseeing mail and banking, reconciling petty cash, preparing payment requisitions, and managing office supplies. You will also assist with filing and archiving, as well as supporting payroll operations including conducting payroll and superannuation audits. Additionally, you will provide support with accounts payable during extended leave.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle front desk reception duties, manage phone and face-to-face enquiries
* Oversee mail and banking, reconcile petty cash
* Prepare payment requisitions, manage office supplies
* Filing and archiving, assist Independent Living Unit Residents with enquiries
* Support payroll operations, conduct payroll and superannuation audits
* Support accounts payable during extended leave
