Overview
The Senior Consultant Program Set-Up plays a key role in delivering advisory engagements focused on program set‐up, transformation and performance improvement across major capital programs. The role owns defined workstreams, structures complex problems, delivers high-quality, client‐ready outputs, works independently, engages directly with client stakeholders and shapes solutions across engagements leveraging digital and AI-enabled approaches.
Responsibilities
* Own defined workstreams and deliver client‐ready outputs.
* Engage directly with client stakeholders and work independently.
* Shape solutions across engagements leveraging digital and AI‐enabled approaches.
* Contribute to problem structuring, analysis and development of client recommendations.
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business, Economics, Commerce or similar.
* 4–8 years' experience in management consulting, advisory or complex program/infrastructure environments.
* Experience owning delivery of workstreams or project components within client engagements.
* Experience managing stakeholders across complex organisational environments.
* Exposure to infrastructure, capital projects or asset‐intensive sectors (public or private) including Controls & Performance, PMO & EPMO, Governance & Assurance, Delivery Management Systems and Benefits Management.
* Professional certifications/accreditations (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, CFA) are advantageous but not required.
