Duties may include some or all the following but not limited to:
Develop and execute the strategy to deliver a complex system of system Application Environment.
Lead complex procurement activities and contract formation to support the delivery of the Application Environment.
Advise on and contribute to budget strategies, procurement approaches, solution options, and tender evaluations to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Lead the planning, development and implementation of projects to support the delivery of the Application Environment.
Provide strategic direction to Project Managers on capability acquisition, complex procurement and project management.
